Mary Russell can estimate fees on an intro call after learning about your needs. You can expect fees ranging from $1,500 depending upon the scope of the engagement. Estimated fees are paid in advance to a trust account to be applied to invoices or returned after the engagement.
when can we start?
Tight timelines are common for offer evaluations and other time-sensitive matters. If there is availability for the project, the first steps can take place on the first business day after an engagement letter signed via DocuSign and advance fees are received via LawPay, an online credit card payment service for attorneys, or by check. As a general matter, the process of offer evaluation counsel usually takes about a week from initial engagement to final offer depending on the responsiveness of the company to your information requests and negotiation steps.
